Every pricelist took 3+ months in Excel: seven departments in silos, routine communication errors, and no structured way to reflect market shifts like trade taxes in the multiplier calculations.

How I approached it
- 01Mapped every step of the pricelist lifecycle across the seven departments, inputs, approvals, exceptions.
- 02Rebuilt it as an automated workflow pulling directly from SAP S/4HANA, with multipliers modelled to absorb market shifts like trade taxes.
- 03Introduced structured approvals and audit trails, replacing email threads and shared spreadsheets.
- 04Ran a parallel cycle to validate the digital output against the manual one before cutover.
