Core responsibility

Own data analysis, anomaly detection, backups and Power BI reporting for a US life sciences client, and remove the manual work slowing every delivery cycle.

AnalyticsAutomationPower BIClient Delivery

My first corporate role, taken after my first venture closed, to build a proper technical foundation. I worked in the Data Science and Analytics department for a US-based life sciences client, owning data analysis, anomaly detection, backups, and their Power BI reporting. It was an early lesson in a pattern that has repeated through my career: find the inefficiency, build the system that removes it.

Automating Client Reporting Operations

Challenge

Reporting for the client was built and refreshed manually, consuming development hours on repetitive work and slowing every delivery cycle.

What I did

Formulated and implemented strategies to automate the reporting operations end to end, cutting development time by around 40% and lifting client satisfaction. The work covered the full delivery chain: data analysis, anomaly detection, reliable backups, and Power BI dashboards the client actually used.

Key learnings

Big IT services taught me discipline: production data, real clients, and deadlines that don't move. It also showed me how much time enterprises lose to manual, repetitive work, which is the exact inefficiency I have been building systems against ever since, from BI pipelines to AI agents.

What this role proves

That the technical foundation under my product work is real, built in production for a paying client, not just in coursework.
